(PDF,1 MB) is an analysis of 2013 data gathered through the Columbus Survey. The report is a resource to understand the performance of your individual organization in the context of the field. Trends in assets, gifts, and grants are the focal point of the analysis.
The field as a whole experienced strong asset growth given a stronger financial market; 90% of Columbus Survey participants saw an increase in assets exceeding 2007 levels. Changes in gifts varied depending on the size of the community foundation while grants increased an average of 11% between 2012 and 2013.
